Bij aanvraag Freo Doorlopendkrediet onduidelijkheid over het feit dat ze bankafschriften willen zien en die dan telefonisch met je gaat doornemen, aan wie welke betaling is gedaan. Mocht er een afschrift naar een incasso bureau zijn gedaan (bijv. voor het vergeten te betalen van een telecom bedrijf… rekening van 150 euro bijv) dan kun je het krediet vergeten en is al je moeite voor niks.
Ook erg onplezierig dat ze herhaaldelijk (bij mij 3 keer) vragen stellen als: Waar wilt u het geld nu precies aan uit geven… ik geloof u niet impliceren ze daar mee. Erg degenererend en onverwacht allemaal.
Dus niet alleen BKR moet schoon zijn, ook vast dienstverband is nodig en geheel schone bankrekening zonder onduidelijk grote uitgaven of kleine incasso’s
Dat moeten ze op de Freo site veel duidlijker aangeven, want dan kunnen veel mensen de moeite besparen en direct naar een wat duurdere maar wel duidelijke en eerlijke verschaffer van geld gaan. Mijn ervaring: zonde van de tijd.
Ik heb gelijke ervaringen met Freo.
Vraag je een pl aan, worden de stukken je toegezonden.
Je vult deze in en stuurt de kopieën terug, met alle gevraagde stukken op het forumlier.
Krijg je een belletje. Nog enkele stukken wilde ze graag zien, zoals die van de huurafschrijving.
Nu ben ik gescheiden, dus wilde ze een kopie van de echtscheidingsakte hebben. Die was al 10 jaar oud! Niet mee accoord gegaan.
Wilde met het geld een klein krediet oversluiten en gelijk een leke auto kopen.
Alle papieren betreffende de info over de andere kredietverstrekker, bijgevoegd.
Toch wilde ze een brief van die verstrekker met de actuale stand van de rekening.
Dat kon niet meer, want de login van die rekening was geblokkeerd, nadat ik had aangegeven, datdeze zou worden overgenomen door Freo.
Kon anders ook niet weten, het exacte bedrag dat zou moeten worden overgemaakt.
Inmiddels na 5 telefoontjes, 4 mailtjes heb ik de knoop maar doorgehakt. GEEN REKENING BIJ FREO!
Ja, Freo is de goedkoopste in rente-land.
Maar wat ze allemaal willen, is echt niet wat je verwacht bij het aangaan van een pl.
De stugheid en het onvertrouwen is daar zo intens, dat de meegestuurde gegevens, niet worden geloofd.
Ook het telefonisch contact opnemen met een derde partij (lees: andere geldvertrekker) is teveel gevraagd.
Ik ga maar eens kijken wat de andere mogelijkheden zijn.
